So you've probably been searching the internet, instagram, facebook or maybe you have been referred here, I want to start by saying Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read some information regarding training with me.
Whether the goal is to lose weight, put on muscle, train for a sport or just take the mundaneness out of your current exercise regime, I am here to help. No matter what your current goal or situation is, after 10 years in the industry I guarantee I can be of some assistance.
Starting for most people can be the hardest part, I pride myself on making it as easy and enjoyable as possible to help you get into a routine with your fitness program. What ever your current lifestyle or schedule is we can make somethings work and with minimal effort, get you in the best shape possible.
If you choose to train with me online or face to face we will start with an initial consultation to discuss what your goals are, if you have been doing any training leading up to our first interaction, injury history, diet, lifestyle choices and where you want to be fitness wise in the first month of training. From there I will structure our training schedule and the results will come (with commitment).
I grew up an hour south of Sydney loving all things water sports. I was always the weird kid at school with the over the top healthy lunch box, some sort of training before and after school and always in bed before 8:30pm (not because I was forced to be). Sadly, but also fortunately I still structure my life similarly to this today.
This type of programming is for the complete first timer through to the most competent gym-goer. This online program is built around your needs and schedule. Accompanied by initial over the phone, face to face consult and ongoing support through google docs, Youtube and facetime (or equivalent) .
Gym, outdoor or home gym based sessions. All one on one training sessions are based you your ability, interests and goals. 45-minutes to 1 hour sessions available.
